Hey there everyone! Today I’m teaming up with Behr to share a DIY project with you for their Behr Designer Stories campaign. You can see my full project on Behr.com.
UPDATE: You can now get the printable plans for this project!
If you’re at all like me, you’re always looking for ways to keep your home organized. For me, I’m always searching for the best way to kill two birds with one stone in my organization journey. This DIY full-length storage mirror is an example of just that. I’ve been wanting a full-length mirror in my home for years, but I hated the idea of spending a ton of money on something that really only served one purpose. I also was having a major issue with jewelry storage. My small jewelry box just wasn’t working for me anymore and I needed something bigger. I decided to marry these two wants into something amazing! Now I have a beautiful full-length mirror and hidden jewelry storage! I’m able to hang all of my necklaces and store my bracelets as well as not risk a broken neck anymore by standing on a chair in front of my bathroom mirror.
You can get all of the details on how I built this project over at Behr.com. Once you do that, be sure to come back here and enter to win a $50 gift card to The Home Depot where you can find all of the supplies to build your own DIY storage mirror!
No purchase necessary. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 A.M. PST on May 22, 2017 and ends at 11:59 P.M. PST on June 5, 2017. Open to legal U.S. residents 18+, void where prohibited.

Brilliant use of space. I would have never thought to do that!
Love this mirror!! I’d use the GC to get my front flowerbed project a jump start!
Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed by a DIY project than this! I’m totally copying this for my teenage daughter!
Thank you so much, Mara!
I’d use this gift card to make floating shelves.
I think I would use it to replace my front screen door.
I would definitely love to make improvements on our shed in the backyard
I’d really love to repaint our rooms
we’re making some improvements to our deck!
Just like you, keeping the house neat and organized is one of my primary house rule. That is why I continue to seek ways on how to store my stuff creatively. This one looks pretty good, thank you for sharing. Looking forward to more.
id make some floating shelves i think been meaning to anyways
Very clever storage solution. I would build some shelves for my closet.
I would never have thought of this! This is so clever!! I could use this in my sewing room, and use the storage spaces to hang up my sewing scissors and rotary cutters. Thank you so much for sharing this!
I would remake my front porch
This came out so nice! I want to put in a new kitchen counter!
Seems like a great diy to start on my goal of building my own furniture!
Such a cool project, thanks for sharing. My trip to Home Depot would include supplies for renovating our kids bathroom. It’s used by two boys and needs a fresh look.
Love the hidden storage
I would love to make some shelves for my Laundry Room, as well in my Kitchen, and Bedroom. First, I really need to buy some tools to be able to do any of these projects.
Wow, I have seen commercial made jewlery/mirror cabinet that take up a lot of space and are way overpriced! I think your jewlery/mirror cabinet made to fit in a corner is so smart. I think your mirror can easily be used in any room, not just a bedroom and it will last a lifetime! Great job!
I would use this gift card to build more raised garden beds,
I would build shelving in our basement.
we need to stain our deck and get it finished this summer before the winter months come
What a great idea!
I was hoping to build this, but the link doesn’t work? Or perhaps Behr took down the tutorial? Could you share again please?
Hi Shelly,
I will look into this and let you know as soon as I can!
