Hey everyone! I recently spotted this vintage Windsor-style bench on Craigslist and instantly knew I had to have it! I loved the look of it, but the stained oak look was just a little too plain for me. I decided that a fresh coat of paint was just what this pretty bench needed.
I partnered with HomeRight to share this tutorial with you all today, plus I’m hosting a giveaway for the brand new Finish Max Super! It was so easy to transform this bench with just a few coats of paint and the Finish Max Super doesn’t require me to dilute the paint! How cool is that?
Isn’t it such a huge difference? I love the distressed bits that still show the stained oak underneath. It’s got that perfect chippy farmhouse charm. If you’re loving as much as I am, make sure you pin it to save for inspiration later on! Make sure you head over to HomeRight’s DIY blog to see what steps I took in this makeover so you can achieve the same look on your next painting project.
Now for the giveaway! One lucky winner will receive a HomeRight Finish Max Super to use on their own painting and finishing projects. Just follow the Rafflecopter entry form below. This giveaway is open to U.S. Residents ages 18 and older. Void in Alaska and Hawaii. Winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email to claim their prize. Winner has 48 hours to claim their prize or a new winner will be selected at random. Thanks and good luck!

Thank you, Barb! I was definitely a little nervous about how it would turn out, but the end result is so worth it!
