You said you had to flatten your wood, how do you do that exactly as my boards are stored out doors under cover but still get warped from the humid FL air.

In reply to Denise. I didn't seal this one; however, you could seal it with a food safe sealer. I would avoid staining it if planning to use it for food prep.

In reply to Becka. Lol! I just take the noodle board off and set it aside. I have room next to the cabinets in my dining room and I just lean it against those out of the way.
